Customer Authorization

By signing below, I hereby authorize First Class Comfort HVAC and its employees or subcontractors to enter the premises and perform the HVAC work as outlined in the attached estimate, proposal, or verbally confirmed scope of work. I understand that the description and pricing provided are based on current conditions observed and that unforeseen conditions or additional repairs may be required once work begins. I authorize First Class Comfort HVAC to proceed with all necessary labor, materials, and procedures to complete the work in a professional and code-compliant manner. I acknowledge that I have received, reviewed, and agreed to the written or verbal estimate (as applicable), including terms of payment, warranty coverage, and any exclusions or limitations. I understand that any modifications to the scope of work will require my additional approval and may result in additional charges. I also understand that I am responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the work area and that utilities (electric, gas, water) may be temporarily shut off to complete the work. I release First Class Comfort HVAC from liability for damage related to pre-existing conditions, structural deficiencies, hidden system issues, or failure of unrelated components before, during, or after the work. By signing, I confirm that I am the property owner or legally authorized to approve work at the listed address. I understand that payment is due according to the terms stated in the contract or invoice and that failure to pay may result in interest, lien filings, or legal action. This authorization is legally binding.
