Our Terms and Conditions

By signing this contract, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions for all services provided by First Class Comfort HVAC, including diagnostics, repairs, system replacements, installations, and maintenance. First Class Comfort HVAC will perform all work as outlined in the approved estimate, proposal, or agreement. Any additional services requested that fall outside the original scope will require written authorization and may result in additional charges. While every effort will be made to adhere to proposed timelines, all schedules are subject to change due to weather, supply availability, site conditions, or other unforeseen delays. Payment terms require a deposit for replacement or large-scale projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge, and failure to pay may impact warranties or delay future services. All new equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, and labor is warranted by First Class Comfort HVAC for a limited period, typically one year unless otherwise noted. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from neglect, improper use, lack of maintenance, or work performed by third parties. Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to work areas, including ensuring pets and valuables are secured during service visits. First Class Comfort HVAC will obtain necessary permits and ensure all work complies with local building codes unless otherwise arranged. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided and does not extend to pre-existing conditions or unrelated system failures. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary, under the laws of the state in which services are rendered. Signing this agreement confirms that the Client understands and accepts these terms in full.
